Local-first privacy

Your audit stays on your device.

Launch Kiln has no account system, no analytics script, no server database, and no real form endpoint. Audit data is stored in browser localStorage so the workbench can restore your draft on the same device.

What is stored

The project name, URL, launch date, checklist completion, evidence notes, theme preference, and demo review request are stored in localStorage on your current browser profile.

What is not collected

Launch Kiln does not send your audit to a server. It does not load third-party analytics, session replay, ads, or remote fonts.

What you should not enter

Do not paste API keys, passwords, private customer records, unreleased financial data, or legal-sensitive material into evidence notes. The export file is only as private as the place you store it.

If this ever changes

If analytics, a real form endpoint, or any server-side feature is added later, this page changes first and will say exactly what is collected, why, and where it goes.
